Vegan Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 tsp cashew (or almond) butter

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1/2 tsp natural vanilla extract

2 tbsp juice of lemon

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Want to turn this smoothie into a protein shake? Add 1 scoop protein powder and enjoy it within 30 minutes after a workout.
